FOR YOUR INFORMATION WE HAVE NEVER SOLD YOUR DATA AND WE NEVER WILL.
If you get marketing from us it is because you’ve bought from us in the past, you know a referee who you have bought for, or you have opted in to receive our marketing.
You can of course UNSUBSCRIBE at any time, simply use the link at the top of all marketing e-mails we send out.
The only people who work with us (on your behalf) are Jam Services (who answer the telephone for us when we’re busy helping other customers or when we’ve gone to a match, meeting or home), RBLI (who process our mailouts), SAGEPAY or PAYPAL or WORLDPAY (who process payments on our behalf when you place an order), the Royal Mail or the COURIER Company (who we use to send your parcels to you), MailshotPlus.co.uk (who send you our marketing information).
We have contracts with all of them saying they are GDPR compliant.
Regarding the new regulations when you stop refereeing you must tell us so we can delete your details after the requisite time BUT you can opt out of receiving any marketing at any time!
- Information we Collect
We collect a very limited amount of personal information about you when you use A&H Referees: your full name, your billing address, your delivery address, your phone number and your email. Our payment processor (SagePay) will also collect your payment information whenever you make a purchase with us.
The systems we use may also collect non-personally identifiable information (anonymous usage data covering things like button clicks, page openings, platform types etc). These will only ever be used to analyse the performance of our website and promotions.
- How we use your information
Your information will be used to process and deliver our service to you. We require your name and address in order to deliver goods to you, and your telephone and email allow us to speak directly to you regarding order confirmations, terms and conditions, or other customer service information required to fulfil our service goal.
Improvements to your service
From time to time we MAY analyse our business performance and growth, therefore things like visitor location may be used to analyse the usage trends and preferences of our visitors. These processes will be aimed at improving our services, as well as developing new or better products, features and functionality.
As well as sending you your order confirmations, we also would like the option for you to receive promotions via email and post. You can opt-out of receiving promotional material at any time simply click the link in the e-mail we send you.
WE NEVER SELL OR RENT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We never rent or sell your personal data. In order to process your payments, we will share the data you provide with SagePay – our very secure payments provider.
In order to deliver your orders, we use Royal Mail, APC Overnight and Trans Global Express (for international orders).
For delivery we require a minimum of your full name and delivery address though on occasion phone numbers or email addresses are required by delivery companies to ensure safe delivery. With Royal Mail, your email address may be used to send you tracking details once the order has been despatched.
- Your Choices
We fully respect your privacy rights and therefore we want you to have full confidence that you have access to the personal data you have provided at any time. If you wish to access, amend or delete the personal data we hold about you then you can contact us at any time using email@example.com. Alternatively, if you have registered as a customer you can access your details by logging in to your account.
- Data Retention
We will only retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, for as long as it is required to fulfil the original purposes of collecting it, and then for a period required by law.
By Law information relating to financial transactions (payments) must be kept for 6 years and this is the timeframe that we will market to you if you’ve enquired or bought from us.
